ICAR-NRCE provides disease diagnostic services for important equine diseases to farmers, equine breeders and other stakeholders including police and army horse units. Samples are tested at the Centre's laboratories, and health certification is provided for the export-import of horses and for animals participating in equestrian events. Advisory and problem-solving support is also available through the toll-free Info-Equine Helpline (1800-180-1233, Hisar; 1800-180-6225, Bikaner).
